Returns and Exchanges

Azkara Returns & Exchanges

Defective Items and shipping errors must be reported via [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

All of our return & exchange policies below apply to purchases that were made through azkaraclothing.com only. You cannot exchange or return items purchased online at our stores, and vice versa.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS! Store Credit never expires. For exchanges, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are accepted only through the mail. Returns must be received within 15 days from the delivery date. Returns received after 15 days will not be accepted.

Azkara does not provide return label or shipping costs. Azkara advises you to ensure and keep record of the tracking number in case your package is lost or misdelivered. Azkara does not take responsibility for items lost in transit, delivery mistakes, and damaged due to improper packaging.

All returns must be in original condition with all original packaging. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and the hangtag must be attached.

Shoe returns must be made with original shoebox in original condition without damage to the box. Do not use shoeboxes as packaging for a return; this will result in a 20% restocking fee. Azkara Clothing will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear and cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care.

Final sales items are not eligible for exchanges and cannot be returned. Final sale items include: gift cards, bodysuits, lingerie, accessories, swimwear, cosmetics and sale items

Returns are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival.

We reserve the final approval on all returns and exchanges.
